Orders placed during Friday-Sunday openings will be processed and shipped Monday-Wednesday unless otherwise advised. Butta’s Bakery does not ship Friday-Sunday to avoid the possibility of your delicious treats sitting in the post office over the weekend. *Please note that 1-3 Priority shipping is used via USPS and many cities do not count Sunday as a shipping day. Should any shipping issues arise, please contact USPS for updates BEFORE notifying Butta’s Bakery.

In some instances, delivery can be arranged for a fee starting at $15.00. Delivery occurs on a very limited scale and only applies to Queens and Nassau County, Long Island. Inquire about hand delivery options via email before placing your order.

Cookies are individually packaged in self-sealing clear plastic pouches and placed in a bed of cushioning paper within a treat box. For shipping: That treat box is then wrapped in insulated bubble wrap that is secured at all openings before being placed inside a shipping box. In other words, a LOT of love goes into my packaging to make every effort to get your cookies to you in tact and fresh!

Store your cookies in an air tight container away from direct heat or sunlight and you can enjoy them for approximately 2-3 weeks. Freeze them upon arrival (after wrapping each cookie in cling wrap and securing in a freezer ZipLock bag) for a treat that’s good up to 4 weeks later. Just thaw to room temperature or heat in the oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes and enjoy!

Absolutely! With the Bakery Box, you can order a dozen of any of the $2.25 options available and pay just $22.00. The Sampler Pack contains 18 cookies valued at over $58.00 for only $50.50. The Speciality Sampler Pack contains 6 speciality cookies valued at over $23.00 for only $20.00.

Butta’s Bakery is not an allergen-free environment. Not all cookies contain the common food allergens wheat, dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, etc. but my products are baked in an area where those items are or have been present. While I do my best to cater to food sensitivities and allergies, I cannot guarantee your order will be completely void of common allergens. If you are allergic to these or other food allergens, I do not recommend you consume Butta’s Bakery Items.
