Butta’s Bakery does not ship Thursday-Sunday to avoid the possibility of your delicious treats sitting in the post office over the weekend.
*Please note that 1-3 Priority shipping is used via USPS and many cities do not count Sunday as a shipping day. Should any shipping issues arise, please contact USPS for updates BEFORE notifying Butta’s Bakery.
Cookies are individually packaged in self-sealing clear plastic pouches and placed in a bed of cushioning paper within a treat box or shipping box.
For shipping: That treat box is then wrapped in insulated bubble wrap that is secured at all openings before being placed inside a shipping box.
In other words, a LOT of love goes into my packaging to make every effort to get your cookies to you in tact and fresh!
Store your cookies in an air tight container away from direct heat or sunlight and you can enjoy them for approximately 2-3 weeks.
Freeze them upon arrival (after wrapping each cookie in cling wrap and securing in a freezer ZipLock bag) for a treat that’s good up to 4 weeks later. Just thaw to room temperature or heat in the oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes and enjoy!
Butta’s Bakery is not an allergen-free environment. Not all cookies contain the common food allergens (wheat, dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, etc.) but my products are baked in an area where those items are or have been present. While I do my best to cater to food sensitivities and allergies, I cannot guarantee your order will be completely void of common allergens. If you are allergic to these or other food allergens, I do not recommend you consume Butta’s Bakery Items.
