CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/CHANGES

Standard Online Orders:

Orders are processed within 48hrs of your purchase. Changes/cancellations/rescheduling requests must be made as soon as possible after your order but are not guaranteed to be honored if your order has already been started.

As of May 1, 2023, all refund requests due to cancellations, order errors made by customer at checkout, and/or changes to order are subject to a fee of 2.9% +0.30. This is a nonrefundable fee Butta's Bakery is now charged by our payment processor.

Catering Orders:

Orders may be changed, cancelled, and or/ rescheduled up to 72hrs before the original scheduled delivery.

Changes/ Cancellations/ Rescheduling requested within the 72hr window of delivery will be charged 50% the original order price.

You must receive a response acknowledging your request of changes/cancellation/rescheduling for said cancellation/rescheduling/change to occur.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Butta's Bakery employs thorough and efficient sanitation practices however, as your items will be made in the same location of nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat, we cannot guarantee your item to be 100% allergen free.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders received by 3:00pm EST are processed within 48 hours of purchase unless you are notified of otherwise.

Orders received after 3:00pm EST will be reviewed the following day, at which point the 48 hour processing window will begin.

While every effort will be made to fulfill your order within 48 hours, Butta's Bakery is currently a one-woman show and it may become neccesary to add an additional 24-48 hours processing time to your order. You will immediately be notified of any such occurrence.
