Shipping/Delivery

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping options will include 1-3 business day Priority Mailing and Overnight- 2 day shipping via USPS. Butta's Bakery does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging fees, which are non-refundable. 

 

In the event of extreme delays, exceeding seven business days late, you may opt to request 

  1. the order be remade (new shipping cost will be your responsibility) or 

  2. a refund (amount to be determined based on the reason for said request). 

 

All claims of requests for refund must be emailed to buttasbakeryinfo@gmail.com. Email must include picture and/or video attachment proof of cookie condition when applicable. Please note, broken cookies are not grounds for a refund, you can, however, file a claim with USPS for damage.

 

Any refunds granted will not include delivery/shipping/packaging fees. In all instances, the term “full refund” shall refer to cookie purchase price only. 

 

Please review the shipping policies of the USPS and retain provided tracking number for any needs regarding tracking/ filing a claim. While Butta's Bakery does not refund shipping costs, you may be able to receive those funds by filing a claim with USPS.

By choosing to purchase and ship cookies through Butta's Bakery, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of USPS.

 

Additional options may be discussed to provide customer satisfaction but are not guaranteed to be honored. 

DELIVERY SERVICE

Delivery may be available, on a limited basis, to some areas of Queens and Nassau County Long Island. 

Delivery fees start at $15.00. 

If delivery is unavailable due to scheduling of Butta's Bakery, you will be contacted within 24 hours of your purchase to determine if you are able to receive the order outside of the initial delivery window, would like to have the order refunded, or proceed with USPS shipping at which time you will be responsible for submitting payment of the difference in costs.
